Working responsibilities:

• Partner with IT helpdesk and outsourced IT resources to review roadmaps and establish priorities;

• Works with various functional department to improve current business systems including QAD, SAP –based R&D light, BTO, BW, pricing tool and so on;
  

• Ensures all aspects of IT system operation which includes but not limited to Server, end user devices , data voice networking , security and various system applications;
  

• Ensures the data security and safety by implementing slid back up and disaster recovering programs;
  

• Optimizes or change business process to improve productivity and efficiency with IT/Digital solutions;
  

• Constantly improve standards of service to users or user department;

• Train users on business system knowledge and applications;

• Negotiates and drives approval process for statements of work and vendor contract/renewals, for all IT service/infrastructure related activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT business application with at least 3 years in a Tier 1 ERP system such as Oracle or SAP;
• Hands on problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Continuously improvement mindset and practical experience to driver service excellence;
• Strong interpersonal communication and spoken/writing skills in English;
• Experience with change management on ERP system implementation is preferred;
• Retail and manufacture industry environment working experience is preferred.
