Essential Responsibilities: • Lead the IT daily operation, make the working plan and achieve the business target on time & under budget.

• Lead and monitor all new IT foundation/application development projects through complete project lifecycles.
• Manage and maintain the IT hardware/software, ensure all IT service (Network, Tele, Security, OA, Application-ERP...) working properly.
• Interacts with business users to gather and validate requirements, align the IT priority with the business needs.
• Determine and implement alternative approaches and optimal solutions to business issues.
• Drive digital operational excellence through new technology deployment or cost out approach.
• Ensure IT solutions and deliverables are 100% compliant with controllership and audit standards.
• Lead and coach the IT team member, third party vendor and business partners, build the local expertise in business processes and technology platforms of the business application suites.

Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent relevant certifications

• 3-years’ experience with systems implementations and/or IT project execution (Oracle ERP R12 prefer)
• 3-years’ experience managing cross-functional projects with various stakeholders (internal and external)
• Project management experience in a technical environment, familiarity with structured project management methodologies (i.e. DPMM)
• Strong planning, time management, leadership skills, business acumen
• Effective communication skill in both English and Mandarin
• Ability to comprehend and effectively deal with cultural differences
• Must be self-motivating, self-directed and be able to work under pressure and in fast paced team environment
• Ability to influence at all levels of team and larger matrixes organization
