KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

1. Understand STA BU in pre-Clinical stage which includes CDO/CMO.

2. Design system authentication and segregation policy for different applications, build standard process to authorization to different level end users segregations.

3. Centralizing accounts management and authorization process.

4. Leading compliance investigation to different sites and guide team to follow standard IT compliance procedure to site IT operation.

5. Work closely with each STA SDM to make sure system authorization consistence with standards of IT policy and security achievement.

6. Governance lifecycle of specific applications e.g. Empower, Agilent etc.

7. Work closely with SDM to make sure DRP and BCP per request.

8. Works closely with all IT management team in identifying, evaluating, selecting, and implementing specific information technologies that support the business plans and IT strategies

9. Involve in specific IT projects which including IT compliance and system administrations

10. Be the issue participator role to ensure application issues will get well addressed (Including but not limited to: Issue / Problem / Incident / Change management). Accountable for the project delivery as well as the daily application support.

11. Understand Waterfall / Scrum / Agile methodology to communicate with IT teams.

12. Manage the 3rd party vendor service on the application development / customization. Participant to the vendor and solution selection process together with corporate architects.

13. Sets and measures IT compliance objectives and provides regular feedback to all SDMs.

14. Develops relevant metrics, measures and publishes the IT compliance and SA continuous improvement activities in collaboration with peer groups ( Ex: Security / Architects )

15. Maintains a strong understanding of technology and lab/pre-clinical applications. Continuously learn new technologies

16. As part of STA IT team, work closely with pre-clinical and discovery solution delivery directors to make the entire RND lifecycle application fully integrated

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 8+ years of experience including 3+ years’ experiences in enterprise IT solution and management;

2. Strong cross function leadership and good interpersonal skill in working with IT function and business leaders;

3. Familiar of application lifecycle management and application system administration.

4. Familiar with Pharma industry and IT solutions in pre-clinical phase

5. Familiar with system administration, segregation of delegation and new IT technologies. Never stop learning

6. Result driven nature;

7. Demonstrates strong business minded consultative approach;

8. Prefer Chemical / Pharmaceutical industry experience.

9. Global application operation and service delivery experience is a must
