PURPOSE

To partner with the Greater China business and manage all aspects of the IT environment to ensure all Greater China sites (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan) comply with the IT standards, policies and guidelines adopt by the organization to maintain business operational at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To lead and manage IT Infrastructure and Applications team members.

2. Manage day to day operation by monitoring systems performance, configuration, maintenance and repair; and meet security and SLA compliance, including the performance of vendors and service providers.

3. Manage IT Helpdesk and provision of IT support to end users.

4. Implement, manage and maintain IT projects/systems according to budget and schedule, in co-ordination with Central IT teams.

5. Manage business stake holders expectations, requirements, risks and issues to ensure business operations continuity and successful delivery.

6. Manage and maintain IT policies and procedures in compliance to global IT standards.

7. Manage and track yearly IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

8. Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and systems, including IT assets.

9. Provide monthly IT and other operations reports as required.

10. Support APAC IT on assignment basis

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 year's working experience in Information Technology management for medium to large organizations, out of which must have at least 3 years in managerial role.

2. Proven knowledge in incident, problem, change, vendor, contract management, disaster recovery / BCP

3. Have previous technical hands-on experience in implementation and management of large scale IT infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

4. Proficient in knowledge of various IT technologies, processes and support structure

5. Able to demonstrate good ability to innovate in resolving complex technical or business operational issues through various analytical methods.
