工作内容及主要职责：

现任员工将与Exuma Shanghai Management和Global IT合作，维护、改进和支持我们在上海的现有IT技术。

1、负责所有IT相关业务，并与上海的IT支持部门保持联系。

o提供及维持有效、有效率及安全的资讯科技环境，包括:

o网络:TCP/IP、布线、托管交换机、无线接入点、稳定的数据传输连接和IT安全管理。

o保安:加强及更新硬件、软件、网络及流动电脑的保安技术。

o日常资讯科技支援、一般用户支援及与总部的资讯科技人员合作，提供稳定、可靠及稳妥的资讯科技工具及服务。

o商用电脑桌面/手提电脑平台标准化:根据区域资讯科技经理的指示，建立及部署商用所需的标准平台及软件

2、 ELN / LIMS环境:支持和测试当前功能和新模块。

o全面支持所有生产eBR记录

o环境监测

o更换所有失败的记录器和探头

o支持、维护和改进我们的生产ELN / eBR系统

o通过协调供应商活动和/或实施内部活动来纠正软件故障(bug)，并进行预防性维护和其他经常性任务，确保现有系统功能继续正常运行

3、在区域IT经理的监督下工作，遵守全球企业IT政策。强制这些策略和规则在本地站点中应用和执行。

o推行所需的设备、软件及服务，以支援从日常工作到高度灵活的项目工作的运作。

o支援microsoftoffice365及相关的应用套件。

任职资格：

1、计算机科学或相关计算学科学士学位，相关工作经验5年以上，有生物医药公司IT管理经验优先。

2、分析能力，有效识别影响工作流性能的问题，并提供改善性能的解决方案

3、能够独立工作，并能与团队成员合作

4、能够适应动态的工作环境，并与来自不同学科和专业的团队成员和客户合作

5、具备相关硬件知识(戴尔、联想、苹果、思科/Meraki、HPE、SonicWALL、实验室环境监控设备及仪器)

6、必须有以下经验:

o微软Azure和AWS云或类似的云解决方案

o管理中型网络(约2,000个节点)

o规划、部署、维修、支援及排除下列故障:

？ Microsoft 操作 系统

？ Microsoft Business/Office 365 应用 程序 套件

？ Microsoft 服务器 平台 (Windows Server, AD, ADFS, SCCM, SQL)

o大型生产环境

7、具备将需求文档化的实际能力

8、实验室操作和工作流程的工作知识和理解

9、熟悉GMP符合性和计算机系统验证

10、能主动学习和使用新技术

11、良好的英语沟通能力，包括书面和口头

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will partner with Exuma Shanghai Management and Global IT to maintain, improve and support our current IT technologies in Shanghai.

? Responsible for all IT-related operations and first contact for IT support in Shanghai.

o Provide and maintain effective, efficient and secure IT environment including:

o Networking: TCP/IP, wiring, managed switches, wireless access points, stable connection for data feeds and IT security management.

o Security: Computing technologies security tightening and updating on hardware, software, networking and mobile computing.

o Daily IT support, general user support and teaming with IT from headquarters to provide stable, reliable and secure IT tools and services.

o Business computer desktop/laptop platform standardization: build and deploy standard platform and software required for business use as directed by Regional IT Manager

? ELN/ LIMS Environment: Support and testing efforts on current functionality and new modules.

o Full support for all production eBR records

o Environmental monitoring

o Replacement of all failed loggers and probes

o Support, maintain, and improve our production ELN / eBR System

o Insure that existing system functionality continues to function correctly by coordinating vendor activities and/or implementing internal activities to correct software faults-bug as well as doing preventative maintenance and other recurring tasks

? Working under the supervision of Regional IT Manager in compliant to Global Corporate IT Policies. Enforce these policies and rules to be applied and executed within the local Site.

o Implement necessary deployment of equipment, software and services to support operations from day-to-day works to highly flexible project-based works.

o Supporting Microsoft Office 365 and related application suites.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

? Bachelor’s in computer science or related computational disciplines

? Analytical ability to effectively identify issues that affect workflow performance, and provide solutions to improve the performance

? Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a team

? Must be able to adapt in a dynamic work environment and cooperate with team members and clients from a broad range of disciplines and subject-level expertise

? Must have relevant hardware knowledge (Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco/Meraki, HPE, SonicWALL, laboratory environment monitoring equipment and instruments)

? Must have experience with:

o Microsoft Azure and AWS Clouds or Similar Cloud Solutions

o managing medium-sized network (with around 2,000 nodes)

o planning, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of:

？ Microsoft operating systems

？ Microsoft Business/Office 365 application suites

？ Microsoft server platforms (Windows Server, AD, ADFS, SCCM, SQL)

o large production Environment

? Practical ability to document requirements

? A working knowledge and understanding of laboratory operations and workflows

? Familiar with GMP compliance and computer system validation

? Demonstrated initiative in learning and utilizing new technologies

? Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
