信息化技术管理岗

岗位职责：

1. 负责综合教务与管理系统、网络教学平台、部门网站及其他信息系统的建设、更新及日常维护工作；

2. 负责教学及学生管理服务相关状态数据的收集、维护、更新、备份及安全工作；

3. 负责完成教学运行排课、选课、教室调度等相关工作；

4. 负责与学生培养和管理服务相关的办事流程和网上办事大厅的建设与日常管理维护工作；

5. 协助完成部门综合事务工作。

应聘条件：

1. 认同西湖大学理念，掌握履行岗位职责所需的业务知识和技能方法，能够独立完成领导交办的信息化技术相关的各项工作；

2. 硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机、信息系统或软件相关专业背景；

3. 具有3年及以上高校教学教务系统管理经验或其他相关实际工作经验；

4. 具有较强的抗压能力和应变能力、较强的沟通协调能力,有责任心，执行力强，有较强的服务意识和团队意识，擅长人际沟通，具备较强的英文沟通能力；

5. 有海外高校或中外合作办学高校相关工作经验者优先考虑。

Information Technology Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the acquisition, configuration, customization, and maintenance of information technology systems for academic service administration. Platforms include student information systems, course management systems, course catalog, course evaluation systems, department websites, and other academic and management systems.

2. Responsible for data collection, maintenance, backup, and security of all academic information systems.

3. Manage scheduling of teaching assignments, courses, classrooms, and related activities.

4. Develop and manage student oriented information and service systems.

5. Assist with other departmental activities as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Possess or develop a strong familiarity with Westlake University and the university’s mission and goals. Possess the necessary professional knowledge and skills needed to successfully execute all assigned tasks; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

2. Master's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or related field, or equivalent related experience in information systems, computer networking, and enterprise database software.

3. Three or more years experience with computer systems management, preferably in a university setting. Experience with educational administration and management platforms highly desirable.

4. Detail-oriented, with strong communication, management, and interpersonal skills, a proactive and responsible attitude; ability to work effectively within a team; ability to multitask and prioritize concurrent tasks; solid English communication skills.

5. Work or study experience at universities abroad, or at Chinese-foreign joint institutes is highly preferred.
