Job responsibility

• Responsible for the implementation of IT strategies, standards and directives/policies of HQ.

• Proactively providing IT technical strategies and IT engineering to support local business competitiveness and operations, eg. digitalization/digital transformation, e-commerce (Webellence, WeChat), cloud services (Industry 4.0 applications, Internet of Things), office automation (IBM Notes Workflow), network performance, IT 1st and 2nd levels support (including building regional support team), etc.

• Lead high performance IT organization with operation/people excellence through motivating the team members, setting up clear targets, work plans, training and development.

• Enable IT process, change management, harmonization, project and operations efficiency enhancement align to business strategies by setting up frequent communication channel with internal/external stakeholders and collect feedbacks.

• Lead/support the implementation of business applications, eg. ERP (Accpac, SAP), Management Information System (Infor, Tableau), MS CRM Dynamics, etc., and maintenance management after go-live (including comprehensive project documentation).

• Manage IT vendor partners to ensure timely, quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services. Systematic, meticulous, effective communications and coordination in project management are key factors to efficient project fulfillment.

• Manage all IT assets (hardware or software licenses) through regular reviews, physical count, and reporting of variances.

• Maintain good communications with HQ and internal stakeholders.

Other key tasks as assigned by supervisor / management from time-to-time.

Basic requirements

• Bachelor or above, major in computer science or comparable qualification.

• Demonstrate high passion in IT/IS development in the marketplace. General knowledge on business and IT infrastructure, network, IT support, budget, analysis and cost control skills.

• Above 10 years experience as IT Manager in MNC/e-commerce/automation enterprises with high degree of digitalization. Experience in business applications implementation (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, MIS).

• Good project management and IT specific solution implementation methodologies. Experience in virtualization platform design/implementation/management.

• Excellent English skills both in oral and writing. Strong communication as well as diplomatic skills. Office applications, MS office /MSSQL

• Customer-oriented, proactive, positive personality, good organizational skill. Honesty, high integrity and good sense of responsibility.
