Summary

This position requires a technological leader who can think strategically and critically about current and future technology goals. It is expected to evolve over the next 2-3 years as growth of IQAir in China is realized. Initial focus is the execution of the China IT road map in cooperation with the global IT team. The responsibilities will include managing an IT team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of IT services for all sites in China

• Represent ICT across multiple groups in an account manager type of role, including infrastructure and application services

• Create and maintain all IT policies and procedures in Chinese based on global templates

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications

• Provide 1st and 2nd level end user support

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults

• Strategic and operative coordination with the global IT team

• Provide user training in Chinese and English

• Manage IT Service contracts

• Responsible for Chinese Helpdesk including Asset and CMDB management

Requirements

• BS or higher in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience

• At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably in an international company

• Hands-on knowledge of:

• Microsoft backend and client infrastructure
• Azure, AWS and O365
• Linux Servers (Ubuntu)
• Switches & Routers
• WLAN & VPN
• Cabling & Wiring

• High attention to detail, flexibility, follow-through and organizational skills

• Ability to work quickly and effectively with multiple priorities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English

• Passion for clean air
