• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, servers, PCs\laptops, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals and Office automation tools
  Screen, prioritize, and field incoming help requests from end-users via telephone, e-mail, ticket system or other internal communications means
  Plan and implement network security, including configuring VPN Clients, adding and deleting users in a timely manner with confidentiality
  Lead system upgrades, updates, and security patches as needed.
  Partner with US team to be a direct extension of the IT Ops team by helping drive monitoring and alerting initiatives in China and US
  Work closely with DBA, DevOps, and development team to deploy and support servers in cloud and on prem
  Manage NOC resources along with incident management duties
  Support cloud based tools such as unified communications, backups, and collaboration tools
