Job Scope:

• Define IT technology strategies, infrastructure, architecture that support organization goals and plans
• Evaluate IT trends, recommend and implement technological strategic solutions
• Maintain, coordinate, and enforce IT policies and procedures
• Manage IT Projects
• Coordinate with vendors for IT systems and infrastructure support and maintenance

 Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Strong command of English and Chinese. Able to communicate in Putonghua
• Excellent inter-personal skills.
• Self-motivated, quick learning and creative thinking.
• Five or more years of experience in business application development and project management. Experience in managing an IT department is an advantage.
• Experience in eLearning Systems would be a definite advantage.
• Solid knowledge and experience in the latest IT technologies.
