Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall IT function of the company
• Supervise and lead the team to perform technical supervision and support service of office and retail stores systems, servers and networks
• Ensure the quality of IT services and solution to back office and retail shop end-users
• Manage suppliers and on-site engineers to ensure quality IT solution and services are being delivered in a cost effectiveness manner
• Liaise with vendors to maintain equipment and networking service in excellent conditions

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in related disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant working experience, of which at least 5 years POS experience
• Strong Business Acumen with sound management skills
• Strong background in managing, implementing and deploying infrastructure technologies
• Experience in retail solutions knowledge in areas of omni-channel point of sale systems, in-store innovations, CRM, eCommerce
• Knowledge of core retail systems
• Good negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
