Responsibilities:

• 1. IT Operation & System Administration
  • Deliver daily IT operations support and maintenance of network and server infrastructures
  • Set and implement IT department policies and procedures
  • Setup and manage in-house IT systems (e.g. Vmware ESXi and AWS Cloud Services)
  • Perform system and network administration
  • Assure the reliability, availability, stability, security, and performance of IT systems
  • Coordinate with other departments for IT Systems / Services

   

  2. Project Management
  • Responsible for ERP project management
  • Responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring business objectives and goals is achieved
  • Understand business requirements and conduct project planning activities
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on deliverables, project schedule, human resources, user acceptance benchmark, and other resources needed to execute the project
  • Handle any ad-hoc jobs as assigned

Requirements:

• • Degree holder or above in Computer Science, IT or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8 year's IT working experience with at least 2 years in managerial/supervisory role in sizable companies
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Windows OS, Mac OS, windows server, active directory, virtualization, storage, network and IT security
  • Familiar with latest IT technology and solutions
  • Subject Matter Expertise of ERP solution
  • Experience in user requirements gathering, functional document into technical specification
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Holder of PMP, CCNP, MCSE would be an advantage
  • Familiar with latest IT technology and solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
