Responsibilities:

• Perform team management and administer application service to support F&B business, with hands-on experience in supporting store equipment including POS applications in production environment covering both store level and back of House
• Handle case management, incident management and problem management.  Anticipate issues or areas of improvement before problems arises and to provide recommend action plans
• Diagnose and provide recommendation for problem-resolving and escalate to related parties for follow-up actions
• Strong sense of urgency with good technical judgment and able to define potential root cause of Retail Operational issues
• Collect business requirement of store level and back of house systems, demonstrate good business requirement analysis, manage project and deployment
• Initiate to change, learn and equip new retail technology competencies and insights, and provide recommendations
• Liaison with external vendors to ensure the agreed service level are properly fulfilled by vendors

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years professional IT work experience with knowledge on application service support in F&B industry would be an advantage
• Strong in technical design including Cisco Routers, Firewalls and switches; MetroNET, MPLS, SDWAN
• Strong problem solving and communication skill
• Excellent team player, able to build trust and collaborative work relationships with stakeholders and organization
• Can work under pressure in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
