Job Summary and Mission:
This job contributes to Starbucks success by work with mixed teams of business function department to ensure the business requirements has been addressed and translated into the IT solutions properly and timely delivery of IT solution. This role will serve as the senior technical resource and business partner for the digital platform implementation and enhancement to ensure that the company is properly positioned for future growth.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Lead solution delivery that supports vast business growth and demands in the future, this includes but not limited to point of payment solution, ecommerce, digital solution and cashless technologies, website and mobile app
Responsible for project management duties like organize project team, developing and maintaining project plan, maintaining project accounting, resolving issues and delivering regular status reports.
Manage the delivery of requirements documents, use-case documentation, prototypical user experiences, test plans, and rollout communications
Evaluate new technologies and identify the benefit case for using new technologies.
Provide technical and thought leadership on system architecture, application integration and development initiatives. Actively participates in the development of technical architecture for assigned systems and projects
Manage complex software development and integration technology projects in a fast paced, constantly changing dynamic environment.
Work hand-in-hand with related Application Services Managers to staff, architect, develop, test/certify and install solutions into the production environment.
Ensures adherence to IT standards and established standards and practices for design and development of systems
Manage IT vendor partners to ensure timely, quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services.
Performs other related job duties as may be assigned or required

Summary of Experience:
7-10 years of applied information technology related experience, including 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
Experience in hands-on design, development and delivery of software solutions.
Experience with using UML Modeling and Agile methodologies.
Experience in data structures, algorithms and asynchronous architectures.
Experience in management of outsourced vendor relationships with strong negotiation skills.
Experience in online payment and ecommerce solutions will be preferred
Experience with Web/ Mobile application development is a plus

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong program/project management skills to develop and deploy large-scale digital solutions for millions of users (planning, risk and issue management)
Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests in a complex and fast-paced environment; Strong analytical, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong team leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team and hold team accountable for deliverables.
Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, systems security technology, Multi-threaded programming, Design Patterns and Application Frameworks.
Ability to engage in senior level technology decision discussions related to business value and the end-to-end information technology lifecycle.
Possesses skills in the following technology areas: J2EE, Web Services, XML, SOAP, XSL, HTML / DHTML, HTTP
Demonstrated passion about technology, have a strong interest in learning about and exploring the latest technologies.
Excellent written and oral Mandarin/English communication skills are mandatory in this fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Hold PMP qualification would be advantageous

Education:
BS degree in computer science or equivalent field plus 7-10 years, or MS degree plus 5 years’ experience.
