Job Description of IT Manager

Duties include but not limited to:

• Website developer (including front-end and back end) and network administrator role;
• Provide daily operations support & maintenance including website, servers and network issue;
• Implement, configure, install, test and troubleshoot of IT systems;
• Analyze, troubleshoot and provide solution for system and network problems;
• Desktop support for staff
 

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in a Network Operations/Support role
• Proficient with php, sql, html, css, javascript, jquery
• Familiar with web server hosing
• Familiar with Linux system
• Operating System troubleshooting including Windows, Mac
• CCNA holder preferred or network configuration and troubleshooting experience
• Familiar in IP, TCP, VPN or other network technologies
• Familiar in at least one object-oriented language (Java, C#, C++, Python or others)
• Basic understanding of design software
 

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Google service
• Experience with in-house software development
• Familiar with network security
