职位描述

This position will support the day to day IT operations of the Company’s office in Wuhan. They will support the delivery of technology services that support and improve business processes for the users. Leads service management, customer support, relationship management, and providing technical guidance. The candidate will be an instrumental part of the IT team in implementing the IT vision and enhancing the Company’s current systems, processes and infrastructure necessary to support future growth and expansion plans.

The ideal candidate should bring experience working in Office infrastructure and support services including cloud/SaaS exposure and introducing new technologies and change in a dynamic environment. The candidate should have IT Operations, End User Services background in a Biopharmaceutical company.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Ensuring our managed service delivers a highly responsive support to our end users. This includes local site support of PCs, mobile devices, printing, video conferencing and other IT system.
  • Ensuring locally hosted infrastructure components (such as site servers, LAN, computer room, printers, VC device) are supported & maintained within agreed SLAs by our service providers.
  • Planning & managing hardware replacement cycles (servers, PCs etc.).
  • Working closely with the local IT business owner, to understand local business needs, agree activities we can deliver, share information about upcoming changes, etc.
  • Tracking & reporting the service status at the site(s).
  • Ensures that all IT projects on site comply with IT processes management and control standards, and Project Management.
  • Identifying opportunities for infrastructure / service improvements projects at the site / region / segment level & maintaining clear action plans.
  • Design & Provide high quality IT training to our end users.

任职条件

  • Experience with Office 365, especially E3 licenses. Must be familiar with all aspects of O365 including Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business.
  • Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) phone systems, such as Avaya
  • Experience with enterprise application implementations and/or migrations to the cloud
  • Experience with Video Conference equipment configuration and usage.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with networks, firewalls, ISPs, managed modems, and data centers
  • Experience with a virtualized environment in a distributed infrastructure
  • Experience presenting and influencing across an organization or team
  • Sound administration and interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact in a team environment
  • Proficiency with system/data backups and restores
