Responsibilities: As an IT Manager / Officer (f/m/d) you will be part of the IT Management Outsourcing and Service Controlling department, based in the Singapore Branch of Siemens Bank GmbH. In your role, you will be responsible for the compliance of the Singapore Branch with regulatory requirements of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and other relevant regulators. You will supervise and control the service delivery of external service providers according to bank internal processes. Furthermore, you will derive specific requirements of Siemens Bank Singapore Branch regarding IT and Cyber Security under consideration of Governance rules provided by the Bank (e.g., IT Strategy and diverse guidelines), by SFS and by Siemens AG and will transfer business requirements into IT and Cyber Security concepts. You will coordinate and moderate interdisciplinary alignment-meetings between Business-, IT-departments and the Cyber Security (CYS) organization. You will conduct business process improvement projects for the service units in alignment with Siemens Bank IT department. You will support internal and external audits and foster interdepartmental communication between different Bank departments. You are responsible for the supervision and controlling of regulatory processes derived from IT requirements of supervisory bodies especially in Singapore, Germany and UK regarding IT and cyber security as well as for the Implementation of Bank specific guidelines and policies. You closely collaborate with various stakeholders in the support of business administrative, regulatory and controlling functions. You contribute with qualitative skills to deliver automation in ad-hoc business projects as part of digitalization initiatives while adhering to regulations. You are responsible for the Outsourcing controlling and Monitoring of all IT-Service Providers and their sub-contractors by execution of defined processes and tools. You are provisioning IT related consulting services for the Bank and Identification of IT requirements derived from business requirements; implementation of IT requirements in alignment with Business-, IT- and CYS departments; coordination of IT-Tests and Emergency Tests; Alignment of development and implementation cycles with IT service departments and the Bank’s Headquarters based in Munich, Germany. You initiate and implement IT projects to improve business processes. Furthermore, you support the HQ IT department of Siemens Bank in planning and monitoring (forecasting) the budget for IT projects and services. Qualifications: You have successfully obtained a university degree in business computer science or a comparable field of studies You have collected at least 5 years of professional experience in the IT-and Project Management environment of financial institutes. You have professional knowledge on processes and products of financial institutes. Desirably advanced experiences in the Service-Provider controlling. You have a good knowledge in supporting Audits.
