Intel IT's Matter to Judgement team is seeking a talented Scrum Master to join our group of IT professionals in keeping Intel legal, ethical, respected, and competitive through best-in-class IT solutions and services. Our work with Intel's Growth Acceleration Team includes the Intel Legal Group, International Trade Group, and Global Government Affairs. This leadership position requires experience working in a highly cross-functional and cross-geo environment. It will be responsible to coach the delivery team and remove any impediments to progress, facilitating meetings, and working with the product owner to ensure the product backlog is groomed and ready for the next sprint.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring Scrum theory and practices are understood and enacted.
• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and embrace and role model Agile Principles.
• Help remove organizational and team impediments to agility and progress.
• Drive continuous improvement in Delivery Team process and product delivery.
• Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency and sharing of information.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT industry experience.
• 3+ years of proven working experience as a Scrum Master.
• Advanced English level.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience applying Agile DevOps model to build a highly performing Scrum team.
• Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis.
• Demonstrated track record of using standards Lean and Agile Techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership roles.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe or PMP certified.
• Legal, Trade, and Government Affairs domain knowledge.

Inside this Business Group

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
