Intel IT's Matter to Judgement team is seeking a talented Systems Analyst to join our group of IT professionals in keeping Intel legal, ethical, respected, and competitive through best-in-class IT solutions and services. Our work with Intel's Growth Acceleration Team (GAT) includes the Intel Legal Group, International Trade Group, and Global Government Affairs.
This position requires experience working in a highly cross-functional and cross-geo environment. It will be responsible to drive technical solutions to Legal Data Hub and to deliver analytics and AI solutions used across GAT.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with Legal Analytics and Metrics Program in GAT to define requirements for metrics and indicators.
- Partnering with the delivery team to translate systems capabilities into functional designs of the technical solutions.
- Validating feasibility of ideas, understanding customer expectations from the product, conducting design due diligence, and evaluating business value and risks.
- Leading E2E business product test, business process testing, validation and sign off for complex implementations.
- Defining feature backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and Product Manager.
- Working closely with GAT on exploration, pathfinding, and self-service activities to proactively seek solutions to future business challenges.
- Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the solution.
- Leveraging agile methodology to design and configure solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to automate business process with technology and providing consultation to users regarding automated systems.
- Managing UAT and supporting business users throughout UAT.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related field OR equivalent experience (at least 5 years) additional to:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in SQL Server, SSIS package, SSAS tabular model and/or Power BI.
- 1+ years of experience with retrieving data from DBaaS, Enterprise Data Lake, SAP Hana, SharePoint lists, or other data sources via APIs.
- 2+ year of experience common BI development tools such as MS Power Shell, MS .NET, Python.
- Advanced English level.
Preferred qualifications:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) experience.
- Legal, Trade, and Government Affairs domain knowledge.
- Knowledge of non-Legal Enterprise data (finance, HR, marketing, sales, procurement).
- Experience working in an Agile DevOps model on highly performing Scrum teams.
Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
