Intel IT's Matter to Judgement team is seeking a talented Systems Analyst to join our group of IT professionals in keeping Intel legal, ethical, respected, and competitive through best-in-class IT solutions and services. Our work with Intel's Growth Acceleration Team (GAT) includes the Intel Legal Group, International Trade Group, and Global Government Affairs.

This position requires experience working in a highly cross-functional environment. It will be responsible to design and deliver IT Legal capabilities that enables Intel's business operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze, clarify, translate business requirements into technical or process specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
• Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures as they relate to assignments.
• Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos.
• Plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide system developers and users.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of solutions.
• Manage UAT and supporting business users throughout UAT process.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes.
• Leverage agile methodology to design and configure solutions.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related field.
• 1+ years of proven working experience as a system analyst in the following areas:
  • Collect and analyze system requirement specifications with a focus on technical requirements and solution expertise.
  • Convey system functionality and concepts (via diagrams, flowcharts, wireframes, mock-ups, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following IT solutions including: Agile Planning, Test/Defect Management, Application Configuration/Integration.
• 1+ years of experience with ETL and SSIS and retrieving data from DBaaS or other data sources via APIs.
• Advanced English level.

Preferred qualifications:

• Basic coding on .NET.
• Knowledge on contract lifecycle management and workflow automation tools and solutions.
• Experience on collaboration platform administration: M365, MS SharePoint, Teams.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
