This position will provide internal/external support of Intel's merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities specifically in the Information Technology area.
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Representing all aspects of Intel's Information Technology (IT) organization and capabilities through ensuring there is a common IT voice to acquisition/merger/divestiture management and other partners throughout the Mergers and Acquisitions transition lifecycle.
- Quickly develop and manage large-scale programs with very tight timelines and constantly changing requirements across many different groups inside and outside Intel IT.
- Managing organizationally diverse program teams through indirect management.
- Developing and managing a project plan of high complexity, ensuring program value drivers are met or exceeded throughout the program.
- Interfacing with senior management inside and outside Intel to quickly and effectively communicate complex IT and program information in a manner that facilitates rapid decision-making.
- Ensuring adherence to IT's Mergers and Acquisitions playbook best practices and working with IT partners to strike the right balance between business requirements and IT policies.
- International travel might be required on short notice

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or any other related field; or equivalent working experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of experience in the following:
- Managing cross Information Technology (IT) programs
- Large-scale information technology environment (Mergers and Acquisitions projects frequently involve the deployment of LAN, WAN, Voice, Server, and Storage infrastructure at multiple locations)
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI PMP certification
Experience in:
- Enterprise Applications, Manufacturing IT systems, and Research and Development environments
- Information Technology (IT) Mergers and Acquisitions program management
- Smartsheet
- Domain expertise in Intel's Information Technology capabilities/services

Inside this Business GroupIntel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$113,210.00-$187,350.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
