Responsibilities:

• Setup Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless AP & WLC
• Setup and configure complex routing & switching environments
• Setup and configure complex wireless networking that supports open or secured access and the ability to support voice and video applications
• Focus on China and co-work GNS global to perform network operation tasks
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Local Networking and capable of learning advanced technology
• Configuring and installing client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining network and support IP based telecommunication systems.
• Maintaining multi-site network operations and software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance with both private and public facilities
• Fulfill assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
• Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support
• Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware together with software applications, telephones and security systems team member to resolve operational issues and restore services.
• Any other duties as assigned by management
• Reporting to IT Manager of infrastructure in country and align to GNS team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of networking protocols: LAN, WAN, DMVPN, IPsec, EIGRP, BGP
• CCNP certification or equivalent experience with 5 years above hands on Cisco network equipment (Routers, Switches, Wireless AP&WLC) configuration and management experience
• Familiar with Monitoring Tool like Solarwinds and Netflow.
• Familiar with operation process like Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management, experience on ServiceNow is preferred.
• Experience with Paloalto Firewall, Juniper SSL VPN F5 BigIP is preferred.
• Technical, analytical and interpersonal skills required
• Knowledge of VoIP implementation and support is preferred
• Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal in English (need to involve regional / global team for support & project)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
