Job Description
Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.
Requirements :
- Graduate from reputable university with IT major (S1), fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Good inter-personal and communication skill
- Have a good analytic skill and can working under pressure.
- In depth knowledge with computer troubleshooting hardware and software :
- MFD printer
- Windows 10,
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Microsoft O365 environment : Office, Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Share point
- Active Directory
- Basic networking knowledge
- Have a good knowledge with MS Excel and Power Point is an additional point.
- Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
- Have a good administrative skill to maintain internal IT Document and Software license.
