Responsibilities

• Participate in desktop, laptop operating system installation, configuration and testing, security patch management and software refresh
  
• Assist in desktop and application troubleshooting, video conferencing provisioning
• Resolve network connectivity issues encountered by end users on office
• Collaborate with other technology team members on problem diagnosis and technology testing assignment
• Maintain IT documentations for SOP in IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years in IT Service Support and System Administration experience
• Experience of Windows Server, Linux Server, MS Exchange and Linux email administration
• Practical skills in windows server environment such as MS AD, GPO, DNS & DHCP
• VMWARE, network switch provisioning is an advantage
• Proactive, strong cross communication, interpersonal & problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
• More experience will be considered as Senior Officer
