Responsibilities:

• Provide Windows Server (2012,  2008) technical support;
• Responsible for system administration (Exchange, AD, IIS, SAN, Hyper-V, VM), system configuration, monitoring, DR and backup;
• Carry out daily administration and monitoring of firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, Internet connectivity and desktop support;
• Apply system patches and perform regular maintenance and upgrades;
• Provide technical advice as required for procurement or other projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Windows Server administration and IT support;
• Self-motivated, pro-active and willing to learn;
• Solid experience of Windows Server platform, Active Directory, Group Policy, MS Exchange, Hyper-V, Networking, Firewall and NAS;
• Knowledge of retail operation is highly preferred.
