Job Purpose

• Play as the BAU IT support role, to make the Branch whole data processing / various systems can run smoothly. Using the project management skill & knowledge to manage the IT projects to ensure the outcome can achieve the original expectation within the defined budget and timeline. Support IT head to improve the Branch IT service quality and support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Banking Application systems run smoothly and efficiently daily.
• Ensure that all Statutory Reporting Applications run smoothly and efficiently daily.
• Ensure that the IT policy, guidelines and procedures are complied.
• Implement software solutions to effectively automate manually intensive user tasks.
• Assists / anticipate to collect and analyze business requirement.
• According to define the business objects & submitted requirements, prepare "the programming functional specification" documents to ensure all required functions could be covered into project.
• Perform detail level technical specification documents based on business requirement document and functional specification documents.
• Build unit test plans and execute the SIT before delivery the program to user side.
• Assists user side prepare the test cases for functional requirements to perform the UAT by users.
• Complete all related internal documents / papers according to Maybank policy / process.
• To provide the solution on completed program which done by Branch local team, when the new product in or process changed.
• To provide the suggestion on existing IT service improvement

• All other duties as assigned from time to time.
