• Key Responsibilities :
• Report to the IT Manager in overseeing the infrastructure support and solutions
• Perform system configuration and network integration
• Provide daily operational BAU support and system administration such as servers, network, firewall, security appliance, etc
• Deliver performance tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, etc
• Plan, coordinate and implement IT infrastructure projects
• Perform data backup, disaster recovery, security, business continuity planning and other related tasks
• Recommend and implement infrastructure solutions according to the company vision
• Deploy and manage Windows servers and core systems infrastructure on physical hardware and virtual machines
• Create and maintain operation procedures and general systems documentation
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information and adhere to company security policies
• Train and mentor users to use and implement the latest policies & procedures and best practices to accomplish tasks and share knowledge
• Provide support for audio visual/video conference events
• Off-hours on call support or emergency support as needed

• Degree holder in information technology, computer science or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant solid experience, with well-rounded production operations background is preferable
• 3 years of solid experience in core Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory, certificate services, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Server, WSUS and various other core network/service oriented protocols as well as virtualization platform, i.e. ESXi or MS Hyper-V
• At least 3 years of experience in shell scripting in languages such as PowerShell
• Understanding of server hardware and sizing cross-platform integrations
• Familiar with configuring server operating system security
• Experienced in configuration management (e.g. SCCM) is an advantage
• Possess exposure in cloud platform (e.g. AWS ) background is desirable
• Strong command of spoken English and Cantonese / Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate trouble-shooting ability
