• Responsible for daily technical support & troubleshooting to end user
• Escalate and work with third level support/ third party vendor on resolution of problem when necessary
• Support for a wide range of IT equipment (desktops, laptops, phones, printers, mobile devices), software and conference room systems
• Maintain hardware inventory at assigned locations
• Provision new users with hardware, software and account setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems
• Assist with network connectivity issues
• Provide great communication and customer service to company employees, in person and through phone calls and emails
• Work on assigned tasks and projects, including hardware and software rollout
• Work with hardware/ software vendors when required
• Give training when needed to help facilitate users requests and in the implementation of company project

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• ITIL knowledge and certificate preferred
• 3-5 years of related experience required
• Knowledge in Win7/8/10 & Office 365
• Knowledge in Windows Server 2012/2019 (Active Director GPO etc)
• Knowledge in Video Conferencing system
• Basic network knowledge and ability to understand for network traffic profile, LAN, WAN, VPN etc.
• Experience in root cause analysis and providing viable solutions
• Positive attitude/ Coachable/ Diligent/ Willing to learn
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Business travel is required depends on project needs
