Job Description
Job Purpose
- Play as the BAU IT support role, to make the Branch whole data processing / various systems can run smoothly. Using the project management skill & knowledge to manage the IT projects to ensure the outcome can achieve the original expectation within the defined budget and timeline. Support IT head to improve the Branch IT service quality and support business strategy.
Responsibilities
- IT Assets management, to maintain the hardware / software inventory with defined fields with updated data.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting on Servers and PCs patching including Windows and Linux.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting Anti-Virus & DLP agent updating.
- Responsible for the network changes, e.g. working with Group or vendor to configure Routers/Switch/ FW.
- Responsible and handling for the Servers / system alarm which raised by Group ERC.
- Responsible for IT infra annual maintenance contract review.
- Play the 2nd line support role for the user desktop help.
- Hardware / Software purchase, maintenance, repair and disposal.
- Based on the Group policy & security checklist to perform the security hardening.
- To completed the assigned IT routine tasks on time.
- Working as key remember for the BCP / DRP team.
- All other duties as assigned by IT head from time to time.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor or above, major in Information Technology or related
Years of Experience: More than 5 years in IT support & Project management area
CCNP, MCSE, RHCE and VCP are preferred
