Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support to frontlines and back office, technical enquiry, daily routine task and system operation
• Support the company's IT infrastructures, and CCTV systems of office and shops
• To perform server and firewall administration, configuration, monitoring as well as system backup and recovery
• Update and review IT Hardware and Software Inventory
• POS system support (promotion setting, price setting, system problem solving)
• Assist in developing and implementing systems & applications
• Monitor the IT System health status, network performance and security control
• Draft IT system user manuals and SOP documentation for company applications
• Perform weekend offsite support on shift

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS or other related disciplines
• 3 years’ or above solid system support and network administration experience
• Familiar with VMware, Backup Solution, Firewall, Windows Server admin, Azure, AWS and Network Security
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Networking
• Able to work independently and self-disciplined
• Experience of Retail POS Promotion Setting is Must
• Good communication skills, problem solving skills and detail-oriented
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior IT Officer
