Main Responsibilities

• Provide first level of technical support to office users in relation to PC security, network, hardware and software issues.

• Manage office IT device, including Video Conferencing unit, PBX, Voice Mail System and IP phone stations.

办公室会议设备管理，包含语音设备，语音邮箱和IP电话等的支持。

• Implement and install new Burgeon POS system for existing and new stores.

为现有和未来新店安装实施新的POS系统。

• Train office and store new staff to use the Burgeon POS system.

培训新的办公室和店铺同事来掌握POS系统操作。

• Implement the Burgeon system to other regional markets with standard POS system if needed.

如有需要的情况下为区域其他市场实施伯俊POS系统。

• In-house work together with Developer to finish gathering some of new features request on Burgeon POS system platform and fulfill new function implement.

配合开发一起收集内部需求并部署，完成Burgeon POS新功能来满足或改进系统表现。

• IT room management and routine health check for backup device

IT机房管理和数据备份日常巡检。

• Manage and keep track of IT equipment inventory and records.

IT设备登记，IT资产跟踪和管理。

• Support the standard system installment for retail markets

如有需要的情况下为零售市场提供IT系统安装支持。

Position Requirements：

1. Degree holder with Computer or IT engineering discipline;

计算机或IT工程本科学位

2. 2 years’ experience of helpdesk and store IT support experience etc.

具有2年的桌面系统支持或者门店IT支持经验等

3. Well master on configuration of Windows, Office 365，OUTLOOK etc.

精通windows， Office 365，OUTLOOK等系统环境的安装配置

4. Good knowledge of retail IT background，familiar with retail IT support process.

有良好的零售行业IT经验，熟悉零售IT支持流程。

5. Better to well know Burgeon system
