Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience in website/CMS development. Experience in mobile application (iOS/Android platform) and e-Learning platform (i.e. edX, Moodle) development is preferred. He or she should have competency in visual and graphic presentations (including augmented reality and video production) and practical knowledge of website design and Internet programming languages/tools (CSS 3, HTML 5, PHP, MYSQL Java Script, MySQL, Wordpress, etc). They should also have strong problem-solving ability, effective interpersonal and communication skills and be a good team player. Those with more experience may be considered for appointment as IT Manager. He/She will provide IT support to the project, including the development and maintenance of portal, project website, web and app applications and programming work, multi-media production and other duties as assigned. Occasional work outside normal office hours may be required.
