• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science

• 2 years working exp. in financial field

• Troble-shooting and day to day support

The Job

• Undertake administrative tasks associated with computer systems and networks technical support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Role as the “Help-Desk” to resolve the technical issues encountered by users
• Web development
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve hardware / software faults and coordinate with the vendors for hardware / software maintenance
• Provide 1st and 2nd tier technical support for IT issues during and beyond office hours
• General PC configuration and software installation

The Requirement

• Tertiary education or above in Computer Sciences / Information Systems
• 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Knowledge and understanding of contemporary information technology
• Demonstrate experience in Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Familiar with PC skill, hardware and network support
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Officer
