Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support for all IT issues and will work with available resources to provide effective solutions, break/fix and problem resolutions
• PC installation and Repairing
• Build and configure hardware and update software
• Maintaining computer networks
• Mobile phone and Tablet support
• Working with vendor for POS support
• Familiar with Windows platform

Preferred Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT from hospitality industry
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Fresh graduate is welcomed
