Key Responsibilities:

- Offer technical support for all IT issues and will work with available resources to provide effective solutions, break/fix and problem resolutions

- PC installation and Repairing

- Build and configure hardware and update software

- Maintaining computer networks

- Mobile phone and Tablet support

- Working with vendor for POS support

- Familiar with Windows platform 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Higher Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent 

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT from hospitality industry

- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

- Fresh graduate is welcomed
