Responsibilities:
- provide IT and software training such as preparing plans, offering one-on-one consultations, developing training materials, and organizing and delivering IT workshops and seminars;
- carry out training-related administrative work, such as liaising with users on the training needs, arranging meetings, preparing minutes, compiling attendances and preparing reports; and
- assist the application team in coordinating consultation meetings, developing user guides and liaising with staff and students on their opinions to the applications.
Applicants should:
- possess a recognized university degree, preferably in Computer or Marketing related disciplines;
- have at least 3 years of relevant experiences in developing promotional and training materials and offering IT-related workshops;
- possess good PC knowledge and be willing to learn and develop solutions to solve users’ inquiries; and
- have excellent troubleshooting, writing, communication, and teamwork skills.
The appointee will be required to work shifts in evenings, on weekends and public holidays. Applicants with work experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage.
