Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Client pc & helpdesk include Level 1st support & coordinate to group 2nd support
- Local IT equipement management (Install, Configure, Upgreade, Manage)
- Document of problems and changes using ITIL methods
- Assist in project implementations and manage IT inventories
- Management and Maintenance of CCTV system,Door Security system and Telephone system
- Work with internal & external vendors to provide best cost & performance options to Constellium Nanjing for it systems and support
- Manage Windows AD infra combo server ( DNS/DHCP/SMTP...)
- Coordinate training of new employees in IT security and processes
Job requirements:
- College degree in Information, Computer Science or Computer Application.
- More than 3 years of practical work experience in manufacture company
- Familiar with Office printer & Label Printer trouble shooting
- Responsible, patient and communicative including English skills
- Familiar with MS Office 365; Windows 10; ITIL Processes; PBX and CCTV system
- Fundamental network knowledge of TCP/IP, Wireless,VLANs, NAT, switching,VPN
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008/16, AD/DNS/DHCP/SMTP/GPO; Cisco Products
