Melchers China is seeking to hire an IT Operation & Maintenance Engineer in Shanghai. In this role, the IT engineer will be the member of China IT team and responsible for the administration of network and server infrastructure within all Chinese subsidiary companies and holding company, participate in the implementation of IT infrastructure and digitalization projects. The successful candidate will have opportunity to take IT training offered by company and continuous career development. We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional. This position reports to the China IT manager.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver helpdesk and training service in IT system and digital applications to the colleagues of Melchers China.
• Participate in the implementation of IT infrastructure projects for all Chinese subsidiary companies and holding company. Daily operate and maintain the hardware and software.
• Select and implement various technical solutions for IT infrastructure.
• Responsible for system, application, network security, data storage, daily backup, disaster recovery.
• Plan and optimize system architecture to improve system service performance and service efficiency.
• IT service support and analysis, system upgrade and implementation refer to requirement, system troubleshooting, processing and report.
• In -depth learning of IT security standard document from HO IT security team, comply with it in IT daily operation and maintenance to ensure information security and privacy.

Requirements:

l Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

l 3+ years working experience in enterprise as an IT professional, good skills in maintenance and project implementation.

l Be familiar with security of operation, maintenance, system, and network. Understand maintenance processes such as changing and configuration management.

l Rich knowledge and experience in network and server. Experience in MSCE, CCNA, VMware, Office 365, ACP (Alibaba Cloud Certified Professional), private & hybrid cloud is the plus.

l Knowledge of IT security solutions, e.g. Next-Generation Firewalls, Security as a service…

l Good at trouble shooting, document writing and training.

l Good service mind, communication and teamwork.

l Open mind, motivated in learning and sharing.

l Good English skills (verbal and written), travel is required.
