The IT Operation Specialist is responsible to support IPO project in IT activates and coordinate with related business and IT team. This includes regular and necessary documentation, communication, and ensures the IT policies, architecture, design and operation is fulfilling the business requirement and have well management and control.
1. Develop and manage the IT policies, architecture, design and operation to fulfill the business requirement.
2. Work with business and IT team to provide a cost efficient architecture for short and long team solution.
3. Understand and make regular and necessary document to ensure IT service follow related regulation and governance.
4. To meet business requirement and provide the flexible and reasonable solution.
5. Team player with strong communication skills.
1. At least 5 year of working experience for mid-size organizations IT management.
2. Familiar with project management skill and also have the ability to independent work.
3. Good communication and coordination skill.
4. Implement new system or service experience.
5. ISO 27001 or Audit knowledge is preferred.
6. New office or Extension build up experience is preferred.
7. Good analytical capability & systems problem solving.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and work items based on business needs.
