- Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of server and network infrastructures
- Follow corporate standards, guidelines and procedure for system, network and security implementation & support
- Monitor the performance of the system and providing on-going support & maintenance services including execution of daily routines, incident follow-up, change request management, disaster recovery drill and system performance tuning
- Coordinate system maintenance activities to ensure high availability and reliability of system services
- Ensures updates to the Knowledge Base (KB) with all troubleshooting performed
- Maintenance of some company IT solutions and applications such as Jira server and Microsoft Outlook
