As the Technical Program Manager in IT Product Engineering , you will be responsible for overseeing the Strategy, Planning, Definition, and execution of one or more transformational projects to enable best in class Product engineering solutions. You will involve working with multiple stakeholders within Intel Businesses and multiple IT teams and help drive objectives and schedules. Plans and manages both programs and projects that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of process or technology. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems and tasks in the delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create and track the project schedule. Assess risk, predicts and mitigate issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources IT PE and other IT and business organizations. Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non-repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
6+ years of experience running large scale programs across multiple business units that span multiple stakeholders, multiple GEOs, and delivering complex software solutions that span multiple technology stacks
6+ years of experience in business analysis, IT planning, and design with a cohesive vision of the key business challenges
5+ years of experience in the technical solution landscape of Solutions and DevOps and Scrum/Agile
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Product Engineering workflows, Product Quality Management and/or Product data management
Experience with semi-conductor design and Manufacturing methodology
