You are our IT partner and thus the first point of contact for all topics related to standard office solutions - You will advise our specialist departments at the Erlangen F80 site on issues relating to the use of standard IT, thereby making a significant contribution to the effective use of Siemens IT standard environments (DWP, Office 365, MS Teams ...). - You drive user engagement topics, for example you lead the Office 365 community and ensure a continuous knowledge exchange - In close cooperation with DI IT MC, you support central IT projects at the site (Move2Accenture). - You act as a key account to external service providers, e.g. Atos - In addition, you are a member of DI IT MC technical committees and also participate in individual committees, e.g. IKV rounds, UseIT key user events. - You support the procurement of IT equipment as well as the ordering of central IT services (IT- Business Partner access ...). - As part of your activities, you will create a monthly IT newsletter together with the IT functional groups. - You will provide support for all IT surveys/queries (SGES, evaluations, licenses, etc.) - You will be the DI MC representative in the global Software Management Community (GSM). You will monitor and review the effective usage of software licenses (SAM) deployed at DI MC. What you should be able to do.
