Objective of job
• Ensure efficiency and transparency of ITS/CW performance with well defined key performance indicators and close coorperation with Key contact Controlling and ITS/CW management team related to financial, quality, security,process and risk management
• Support ITS/CW on project quality, prioritization and transparency for the relevant legal entities with cooperation with other departments in ITS/C
• As local process manager to control and optimize local processes among the department
Job designation
•IT Financial & HR Management for ITS/CW
- Coordinate implementation of effective IT financial management process for ITS/CW towars both CW line function and BMBS & MBCL, in close alignment with corresponding departments. Implement Daimler China & ITS/C Key financial performance indicators to measure, monitor & improve financial performance.
- Management of IT cost Efficiency Program with co-ordination and support from ITS/CW director and IT controlling
- Ensure maintaining and improving the financial transparency by cooperating with IT controlling among the relevant legal entities and ITS/CW and BMBS/MBCL relevant leadership team
- Ensure timely completion and submission of DBP/EA/YE for budget as legal entity KA coordinator and for ITS/CW line functions
- Reviewing & reporting IT financial plans, operational targets and achievements
•Project Priortization – Approval Council
- Co-ordinate the AC processes and communication within BMBS relavant IT leadership team and BU in BMBS
- Support dealer Charging relevant project demands planning and prioritization approval
•IT Operative Planning, SLA Management, Procurement Management support for ITP/CW
- Co-ordinate and resolve issues related to contract management in ITS/CW to ensure that SLA’s are timely signed off
- Perform deviation analysis to ensure that actual spending is within the specified deviation limits
- Keep optimization of SLA & procurement management process to make it leaner
•IT Quality Management for ITP/CW
- Support ITS/CW landscape adjustment aligning with IT global development and business demand
- Reviewing BMBS project with defined process “IT sotution pool” to make sure the IT landscape fit and quality mature for develop
•Innovation & High Performing Projects Support
- Establish and ensure the running of innovation topics/mindset implant
- Inroll in the SAFe tranfermation to support BMBS and CW project/product management upgrade
•Management reporting & assist director
- Define and implement key performance indicators to measure, monitor and improve risk management, project management, financial management and SLA management for ITS/CW
- Support ITS/CW director on any business topics in purpose to run business smoothly
