Be an active contributor to the Philips Digital Transformation Journey, partnering with the Business to Improve the lives of 3 billion people a year by 2030 while applying and perfecting state of the art technologies.
Responsible for retaining expert knowledge on the service area
Designs architecture for service content and delivery while maintaining alignment with the Architecture group.
Ensures service integration is warranted
3rd line support and M&A activities
Creates and maintains standard product portfolio documentation library content
Manage demand into standard offerings
Leads transition into solutions (technically) while maintaining close collaboration with the Project Organization
Contribute to the solution handover process
Advises on service strategy, policy + KPI's
Defines service innovation content
Defines the deployment approach
Leads proof of concept initiatives
Responsible for ServiceNow CMDB design and process to update
Responsible for ServiceNow Service Catalog (Change Requests + Service requests) for their area.
Responsible for CI (Continuous Improvement / Lean / Kaizen, KPIs and Daily Management) in the area to improve the service
Dialog with vendors in the space – to ensure that the service stays green.
You are a part of a team of
Highly qualified Solutions Experts in a virtual global environment located in North America, Europe, and APAC. The team is responsible to manage the Philips Digital Networks portfolio, service creation and delivery to Philips Operations. The team was in the lead of the technical tracks of the major transformation projects such as Internet Centric Strategy (One WAN), Unified Communications – Fixed Voice Transformation Program, LAN Marketplace Program. The current initiatives are the introduction of the Software Defined Networking for WAN and LAN.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Proven capability to leverage vendor resources for service creation, deployment and service delivery
Minimum 2 years successfully working in a global virtual team structure
Minimum 4 years’ experience working within network and telecom discipline in a technical capacity
Minimum 1-3 years’ hands on experience with Cisco based networks
Knowledge in LAN, wireless, WAN, firewalls and Cloud multi vendor experience is an advantage
Knowledge and experience with CISCO DNA - SDN is an advantage
Strong proven technical background in networks and related aspects of the telecom discipline.
Advanced technical certifications are preferred.
Proven ability to communicate in business and technical terms
Understand the business value of service creation and delivery
Proven record of leading proof of concept activities, process improvement and service creation in a global environment
