The IT Department is looking for a Portfolio Management Coordinator, he/she is in charge of delivering on-going services and support for his/her portfolio of hotels. He/She is the single point of contact for hotels in his/her portfolio and is responsible to roll-out new technologies, solutions and strategical projects.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate and implement IT projects including budget proposals, project planning & scheduling, details of implementations, documentation and follow-up for hotels under perimeter or as instructed by Digital Services and Technologies Management.
Coordinate new hotel openings including offering and agreeing the Digital Services and Technologies catalogue, presenting and approving proposals, defining and managing the schedule plan, reporting and following the evolution and be in charge of full IT solution implementation.
Single point of contact for your portfolio in the Digital & Technology organization delivering day by day operations related to support escalation, hotel requests and new services
Responsible for quality of the service managing local suppliers and SLAs
Rollout of new technologies as approved by Accor Hotels.
Provide second level support to internal and external helpdesks.
Create documentation for any new procedures or release of IT solutions for validation by the Digital Services and Technologies Operations Director.
Strong involvement in technologies for guest services (HSIA, digital signage, payment solutions…).
Sales and deliver sales plan driving the technology acceleration & transformation for hotels in alignment with global roadmap & local needs.
Deliver in regular bases the service report for partners to measure quality of services related to the fees paid for our services
Audit IT installations – for hardware, software and company standard.
Visit hotels and report Gaps in IT environment and guidelines.
Setup of networks, servers, workstations and laptops when necessary.
Liaison with other Digital Services and Technologies members for projects at company level and cover as required.
Follow IT Governance practices as defined by Digital Services and Technologies Management, including Change Management and project tracking processes.
Your experience and skills include:
BAC +5 computer science or Hospitality
3 years experience in IT
Experience in hotel industry
Required Skills
IT Service Management (ITIL) knowledge
Hotel infrastructure knowledge
Micrsoft Application (Windows OS, Microsoft Office)
Hotel application: PMS. POS, PBX, guest technologies
Good communication & negotiation skills
Good organizational skills
Italian and English spoken
