The System Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, managing, supporting and coordinating all Microsoft Active Directory & Exchange & Office 365 activities. This includes regular System operations checking, tuning, monitoring, designing and resolving complex client related problems.
1. Responsible for Microsoft Messaging and Active Directory related service

2. Support Multiple Domains of Global Active Directory maintenance.

3. To review Global Domain/Messaging architecture and make the plan to enhance the functionality and security.

4. To meet business requirement and provide the flexible and modem service.

5. Coordinate with regional for global project enhancement and management.

6. Provide assistance for other IT systems related on AD/Messaging and authentication.

7. Document and improve existing processes for area of specialty.

8. Recommend, implement, and maintain best practices and corporate standards.

9. Identifies linkages of specialty area to other systems/ applications and communicates potential impact to peers and key stakeholders.

10. Team player with strong communication skills

1. At least 5 years of working experience for mid-size organizations Microsoft Exchange 2010 or above management.

2. At least 5 years of working experience for mid-size organizations Windows 2008 or above AD management.

3. Familiar with Microsoft solution/service and modem authentication.

4. Ability to develop and manage system improvement / upgrade plan, and strong team player.

5. Good analytical capability & systems problem solving.

6. Good communication in English.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and work items based on business needs.

8. Proven ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.

9. Experience on Skype for Business is the plus.

10. Experience on Azure/O365 is the plus.
