Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage the daily operations in IT Procurement
• Assist to manage and optimize the approval process of IT Purchase Orders
• Assist to liaise with different parties in IT Procurement activities
• Assist to manage the daily operations of the Procurement System
• Assist to manage IT vendor management activities
• Assist to prepare IT procurement-related reports and analysis

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Information Technology, Procurement, Accounting or related disciplines
• 3 years of working experience in IT Procurement / Accounting or related aspects, preferably in banking or financial institutions
• Familiar with purchase orders, contract terms & conditions etc. will be an advantage
• Familiar with Oracle E-Business Suite will be an advantage
• Positive working attitude with strong analytical skills
• Takes personal responsibility and accountability for own work
• Proactive, mature & self confident
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Chinese input
