Intel IT's Matter to Judgement team is seeking a talented Product Owner to join our group of IT professionals in keeping Intel legal, ethical, respected, and competitive through best-in-class IT solutions and services. Our work with Intel's Growth Acceleration Team (GAT) includes the Intel Legal Group, International Trade Group, and Global Government Affairs. This position requires experience working in a highly cross-functional and cross-geo environment. It will lead the Legal Analytics Agile Persistent Team (APT) of Business Intelligence (BI) developers and systems analysts responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining analytical and BI solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate and build a strong relationship with the GAT Legal Analytics team as well as cross-IT partners to deliver a portfolio of analytics capabilities and solutions
- Manage the customer relationship and represent IT as a strategic partner of GAT for full-stack BI solutions
- Responsible for solution strategy alignment to enterprise architecture including technical debt reduction, creating and prioritizing features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing the product backlog
- Set clear direction for the APT and be flexible when priorities change based on user/business needs and requirements
- Manage priorities, status and progress, trade-offs, escalations, impediment removal, scope changes, risks, dependencies, and value realization during the release cycle
- Accountable for compliance of IT security, privacy, and other governance policies of owned solutions

- A self-starter with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to learn and apply
- Resolve ambiguous business problems and troubleshoot ambiguous tool issues or system problems
- Strong leadership, negotiating and stakeholder management, risk management, motivational and organizational skills
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of IT experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- 5+ years of experience applying Application and Software Development Life Cycle, Agile DevOps, SAFe model
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence solution development and management, and in data warehouse, data modeling, and ETL
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in managing, delivering, and supporting solutions in data warehouse and analytics
- Experience and business knowledge in the legal domain
- Experience working with cross-geo teams

Inside this Business GroupIntel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$91,500.00-$137,140.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
