MIT CCD (Corporate Services, Construction and Data Foundation) is seeking a Product Owner to support Intel's SCADA platforms.The CCD team is responsible for Intel Factory Industrial Control Systems, BMS Building Management Systems and Smart Building solutions. This includes vulnerability management and compliance of all SCADA systems, security patching and remediation, hardware and software asset management.You will lead a DevOps team of Systems Analysts responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Intel's BMS and Smart Building systems across the globe.You will collaborate with architects, engineers, software developers, vendors, and various business unit contacts to ensure BMS and SB systems are effectively managed, thereby reducing cyber risk to Intel.Main responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:Create/influence the vision for BMS systems capability and drive execution of that vision through the team.Manage work and scope prioritization, set the objectives that will maximize the value and the work of the Delivery Team.Partner with key stakeholders - within IT, business groups, vendors, and the team - to deliver on committed solutions.Create and prioritize work and manage the backlog.Set clear direction for the Delivery Team and be flexible when priorities change based on user/business needs and requirements.Collaborates with the VS to determine overall roadmap and prioritiesWorks with VS to directly clarify requirements with the BUResponsible for solution strategy fit to enterprise landscape including technical debt reductionServes as voice who can speak for the team's commit to backlog scope and timingGoverns any changes to backlog priority or definitionAccountable for BCP / DR, SOx, Controls/Compliance, and other relevant risk managementFollows technical architecture guidelines and roadmap.Behavioral traits desired:Strong communication skillsInfluence across multiple business units and multiple levels of IT

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Security, Management Information Systems or any other related field OR equivalent experience (4 years) plus:
6+ years relevant industry experience
5+ years of experience supporting Information Security and/or Information Technology operations and service delivery
3+ years of experience applying Application/Software Development Life Cycle, Agile DevOps, SAFe model

Preferred
Expertise in hardware and software asset management, support and sustaining of all systems to reduce the cyber risk to BMS and Smart Building systems.
Master's degree in Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or any other science/engineering related field
3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
Industry certifications for Product Owner, Information Security, and/or Service Management (CISM, CISSP, ITIL, ServiceNow CSA/CAD)
Experience in:Various Information Security functions: governance, policies, applications, threat intelligence, awareness/training, vulnerability management, risk management, and architecture
Agile/SAFe development methodologies
Using Rally/JIRA Align agile tools
Data analytics, data modeling, and management of large data sets, including SQL Server (SSIS) and Power BI
Service Management or similar field
Software development best practices

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
