As an IT Product Owner – ServiceNow CSM, you will help deliver & optimize business value by owning ServiceNow – Customer Services Management (CSM) product roadmap. You would consult and supports the implementation of new or changed services for increased business productivity, including the discussion, analysis and acceptance of demand and supporting the planning for the development and implementation. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to develop your career with Siemens Healthineers; · Be able to visualize big picture view of End-to-End Process of customer services, Understanding and having experience in driving process optimization, efficiency, and productivity by using process automation · Collect new demand, develop, and prioritize pipeline of business demand on an ongoing basis · In collaboration with the Customer Services Business Product Manager, identify, capture and further detail IT demand from the business stakeholders · Collect feedback from business on prioritization of services in development · Manage business/customer expectations, feedback, compliments, and complaints · Manage day to day service operations, source and deliver components of standard services · Communicate service charging and service performance elements as per SLAs – Check for clarity/accuracy · Work with Stakeholders to define business solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and priorities, as well as the target benefits expected · Is responsible for managing the product /service backlog for a Scrum based team · Serve as point of escalation for issues related to the services provided · Ensure compliance to Quality, ISEC and Data Privacy regulations · Ensure service data quality in portfolio / catalogue & CMDB Required skills to have for the success of this role · You hold a Bachelor's Degree in’ Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration with 10+ Years of working experience ideally with a focus on Healthcare, Customer Services organizations · 7 to 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in IT software development lifecycle using Agile methodology. · You have a prior experience working in global, diverse team in a matrix organization · Certified in ServiceNow, preferred Customer Service Management module (CIS-CSM) · MUST have working experience in ITSM & CSM modules of ServiceNow · Demonstrate solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions · Experience as a Scrum Master (or a similar role) in an agile team is a plus · Experience in using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow for software development support activities · You have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong people skills, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers, managers, and stakeholders · You have ability to follow directions with minimal supervision, and judgment to know when to escalate and ask for guidance · You are able to travel for business need (~10%) Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc.
